I’ve always been a huge fan of anything with peanut butter and banana involved! You name it – on toast, on oatmeal, in smoothies, etc. I decided to make a classic peanut butter and banana smoothie, but added in some kale to get a good serving of greens in. You can’t taste the kale at all, so it’s the perfect way to sneak in your greens! This is such a perfect smoothie for kids too since they will never taste the kale!
The frozen banana gave the smoothie a thick consistency which makes you feel like you are drinking a milkshake.
