Coconut Pitaya Smoothie Bowl // Leah's Plate

This smoothie bowl is the perfect combination of coconut and fruit. I used crunchy toppings such as pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and granola. I also added a big spoonful of Philosophie Superfoods Berry Bliss Coconut Butter – this stuff is packed with superfoods and is vegan, gluten-free, paleo, raw, organic (basically as healthy and clean as it gets).
