I am a big fan of the flavor and  health benefits of maca.  It has a nutty butterscotch/caramel flavor. Not only do I love the flavor of maca, I love the benefits I receive from maca. Maca is a superfood that is famous for its energy-boosting adaptogens. It balances hormones, boosts fertility and is high in amino acids and nutrients. I have recently found a few products that include maca and have been loving adding them to my oatmeal in the morning for an added nutritional boost! These maca maple superfood cashews add the perfect flavor and crunch on top of my oatmeal. They are also delicious enjoyed alone as a snack.

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well-combined. Place in sealed jar or container in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning top with maple maca cashews, cinnamon red maca spread and maple walnut probiotic granola (you can use any nuts and granola for a crunch)
