Helloooo LOVERS and happy Sunday! I know I say it all the time, but I just love the coziness of Sunday Mornings. The house is quiet (Josh isn’t running around getting ready for work) and Emma seems to know she’s supposed to sleep a little bit later. I brew myself a cup of coffee and then bring it into bed while I browse around on my computer. I look for healthy recipes to make throughout the week and of course do a little online shopping 🙂 I also try to get myself organized by making a list of groceries I need to get as well as creating a to-do list for the week. This gives me a sense of organization and feeling accomplished.

After sipping on my coffee/browsing the internet in bed eventually Emma wakes up (hungry) and Josh is asking me what’s for breakfast. I love cooking a healthy breakfast that we can enjoy together as a family. Week days are usually too hectic to eat together as Josh leaves early for work and I don’t have as much time to cook breakfast for all three of us.

Once we finish breakfast we take Emma to a park to run around a little and then I sneak off to a workout class – usually kickboxing, flywheel or  yoga. I’ve also been loving Core Evolution (pilates on crack) lately – if you’re local you must check it out! I love heading to a local farmer’s market or Whole Foods after I work out. After my workout and food shopping I love just hanging at home with my cute little family followed by some meal prepping and a delicious Sunday night dinner.

I hope that gave you a glimpse into my Sundays and why I love them so much!

Here is what I found while browsing the internet this morning:
