Lately I’ve been experimenting with making parfaits. They are fun to get creative with and I end up having a “food art party” in my kitchen. You can layer your parfait any way you like and use any flavor yogurt and any fruit. Mine is just a suggestion 🙂

Yogurt & Chia Parfait
- Category: breakfast, parfait
- Cuisine: gluten-free, vegetarian
- Prepare the chia pudding the night before by combining the chia seeds, sweetener and almond milk in an airtight container.
- In the morning make the parfait in the following layering order: yogurt, fresh berries, chia pudding, topped with more fresh berries. You can even sprinkle some granola on top for a nice crunch!
To make vegan use coconut yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
