Turmeric Cauliflower Mash (Vegan & Paleo)

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until it’s very soft (about 15 minutes)
  2. Add the steamed cauliflower, olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until the consistency reaches a puree. If it’s too thick you can add 1 tbsp of hot water.
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

This will stay good in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
