  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • handful of ice
  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina
  • 1/4 tsp moringa powder
  • 1/2 tsp lion’s mane powder
  • 12 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional if you want it sweet)


  1. In a blender combine the water, matcha, spirulina, moringa lion’s mane and sweetener if using and blend.
  2. In a glass or jar add in the ice first, followed by the coconut milk and then the blended matcha mix. Enjoy!
