Sparkling Cherry Frosty (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

As a kid I always loved frosty’s. I would beg my parents to take me to the Wendy’s drive-through so I could get a frosty. At the time I loved the chocolate frosty, even though now I’m more of a vanilla girl. I recently started making my own healthy frosty’s at home and have experimented with both chocolate and vanilla. Lately I started thinking about how delicious a fruity frosty would taste. I experimented with cherries and the outcome was delicious!

Unlike a traditional frosty, my frosty is vegan (I use either coconut milk or almond milk), is made with all natural ingredients and is free of refined sugar. This recipe takes under five minutes to make from start to finish and only requires three ingredients: almond milk, Luma cola and frozen cherries.

  • 1 can Luma cola
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen cherries


  1. Pour the cola, almond milk and frozen cherries into a blender and blend for about one minute, until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses and enjoy immediately.
