This smoothie recipe has been my go-to lately that takes under 5 minutes to make and is so delicious! It’s packed with greens, healthy fat and protein so it’ll keep you full and energized for hours!

Blueberries are packed with fiber, potassium, folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and antioxidants. They are low in calories and high in nutrients.
Bananas contain essential nutrients such as potassium, magnesium and copper. They help to moderate blood sugar levels and may improve digestion.
Oats are known to help lower cholesterol levels and help to stabilize blood sugar. They contain manganese, selenium, fiber and zinc.
Spinach is high in niacin and zinc as well as fiber and Vitamins A, C, E and K. They are also high in iron which is essential for breastfeeding mamas like me!
Almond butter is packed with Vitamin E, magnesium and iron. It is also packed with healthy fat which is essential to our bodies.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
