I’ve been following Melissa Wood Health (@melissawoodhealth on Instagram) for about a year now and have always been so inspired by her. She has an adorable 3 year old boy and just gave birth to a precious baby girl. I love admire her parenting style so much. Melissa makes mediation a priority (even if she has to do it while holding her baby) and she makes sure to move her body daily (before, during and after her pregnancy).

Melissa creates workouts (yoga/pilates based) that have become very popular and are easy to do from the comfort of your own home (fellow mama’s: yay for #NaptimeWorkouts)!! Melissa created a special Prenatal Gentle Lower Body Flow for me to share with you guys. Even though I’m not pregnant anymore (I’m 4 months postpartum) this gentle flow is so perfect for me to do postpartum since I’m still being gentle on my body.
