Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie


  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder or 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (I steam it before freezing it – makes it easier to digest)


  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and a drizzle of peanut butter
  3. Enjoy!
