Sriracha-Ginger Cauliflower Kraut Fried Rice (Gluten-Free)

This yummy Sriracha Ginger Cauliflower Kraut Fried Rice has a nice kick to it and lots of flavor. It’s paleo / grain-free / gluten-free.

Instructions

    1. Add the sesame oil to a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
    2. Add in the onion and cook for about 3 minutes.
    3. Add in the garlic, ginger, cauliflower rice, carrots, peas, zucchini and coconut aminos. Stir and cook until vegetables are almost fully cooked, but not too soft.
    4. Add in the scrambled eggs and stir until cooked through and combined with the rest of the ingredients in the pan – about 3 minutes.
    5. Add in the Sriracha-Ginger Kraut, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes over low heat.
    6. Pour into bowls, top with a fried egg and black sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
