Nut-Free Tahini Energy Bites (Vegan & GF)

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups medjool dates, pitted

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor fitted with an “S” blade and process until they form a sticky batter.
  2. Roll the dough in your hands creating small balls then place them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to six months.
