No Bake Almond Butter Oat Energy Balls

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup oats

1/2 cup maple almond butter

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

 

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and combine well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls by rolling the dough together in your hands.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 6 months. 

 

Notes

If you don’t have maple almond butter, just use regular almond butter (or any nut butter works) and add 1 tbsp maple syrup.
