The most DELISHHH paleo wild salmon cakes - a new The most DELISHHH paleo wild salmon cakes - a new favorite lunch / dinner of mine! I made them with @blueharborfishco canned wild salmon - a clean-cut seafood brand in Florida! Their seafood is sustainably caught in the South Pacific and Alaska, so it’s better for the environment than many of the other canned seafood brands you’ll find. It's also simply prepared without preservatives, for a superior clean taste.

Here's the recipe:
1 can of @blueharborfishco wild salmon, drained
1 pasture-raised egg, beaten
2 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
2/3 cup almond flour (finely blanched)
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley and dill for serving.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Shape into 5 even-sized patties. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add the salmon patties, leaving space between each one (I cook 2 - 3 at a time). Cook the salmon patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown on each side. Remove the salmon patties to a paper towel lined plate. Serve the patties with fresh parsley and dill. Enjoy!
