Healthy Toddler Lunchbox Ideas

One of the most commonly asked questions that I receive is what are some good healthy toddler lunchbox ideas. I’m so excited to finally be sharing this with you! All of these ideas are nut-free, since the preschool that I sent Emma to is a nut-free school. All products that I linked to are ones that I use and highly recommend 🙂

Sandwich ideas:

  • Sprouted whole wheat bagel (with grass-fed butter or cream cheese)
  • Avocado & olive oil sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • Hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • Avocado & hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • Sunflower seed butter & jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • Sunflower seed butter & jelly rollup on a spelt tortilla
  • Sunflower seed butter & Manuka honey on whole wheat bread
  • Turkey & cheese sandwich
  • Turkey, cheese & hummus sandwich (try to sneak a piece of two of spinach in there)
  • Coconut butter on whole wheat bread
  • Coconut butter & Manuka honey on whole wheat bread

Protein:
