Golden Mylk Paleo Banana Bread

This delicious paleo golden mylk banana bread is made with clean and minimal ingredients and is naturally sweetened.

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops Organifi Gold mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients (eggs, banana, coconut oil, honey & vanilla extract) in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, gold mix, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt) in a separate bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Pour into the loaf pan and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes (mine was perfect after 55 minutes), but oven times will vary and times will also vary based on your loaf pan.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least a half hour prior to slicing and enjoying.


Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze to enjoy at a later date.
