Ever since quarantine began mid-March I have been on a major baking kick!! I’ve been baking everything – cookies, brownies, banana bread – but have been trying to make healthy versions of all my favorites!! Out of everything I bake I always find myself coming back to banana bread. It’s been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and enjoying a slice of it always makes me so happy! I swear I always have to have a freshly baked loaf of banana bread sitting on my kitchen counter at all times. As soon as I’m down to the last slice I bake another loaf.
I’ve been playing around with all different kinds of banana bread lately like my vegan chocolate chip banana bread bites. Those were soo good! This time I went a different route and made this paleo golden mylk banana bread and WOW is it incredible! It’s truly one of the best things I’ve ever baked and will definitely be making this one again! My kids and Josh were also soooo into this recipe!
This recipe is paleo, gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free. It’s also naturally sweetened with just banana and a touch of honey. I used clean and simple ingredients for this recipe such as pasture-raised eggs, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, bananas, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt and Organifi GOLD mix.

Golden Mylk Paleo Banana Bread
This delicious paleo golden mylk banana bread is made with clean and minimal ingredients and is naturally sweetened.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 55 minutes
- Total Time: 65 minutes

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the wet ingredients (eggs, banana, coconut oil, honey & vanilla extract) in a large bowl and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, gold mix, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt) in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour into the loaf pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for 50 – 60 minutes (mine was perfect after 55 minutes), but oven times will vary and times will also vary based on your loaf pan.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least a half hour prior to slicing and enjoying.
Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze to enjoy at a later date.
