Double Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Healthy vegan and gluten-free double chocolate chip banana bread made with clean ingredients and only sweetened with banana and maple syrup!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender blend the bananas, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the oat flour, cacao powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients from the blender into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and mix (don’t over-mix).
  5. Add 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in the batter and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and evenly distribute the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 50 – 55 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes on a cooling rack prior to slicing.
  9. Enjoy!


Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
