Healthy Smoothie Recipes to Make For Babies & Toddlers

My daughter is almost 11 months old – I can’t believe I’m even typing that because I feel like she was born yesterday! I always thought it was cliche when people would tell me it flies by, but it REALLY does! As Emma is slowly approaching one she’s eating more each week it seems! I’ve been making her smoothies for breakfast lately and there’s a few different combinations that she absolutely LOVES! I’m also a huge fan of giving her smoothies because I can pack lots of fruits and veggies into them. I feel good knowing I’m supplying her with wholesome real food with no preservatives and nothing fake or artificial.

It takes me under 5 minutes to make these smoothies and I recently discovered these reusable pouches that I can pour the smoothie into and then Emma can sip on them and hold the pouch herself. She wants to feed herself, so these pouches are the perfect solution. They are also easy to clean and don’t create a mess. I love that I’m able to take them on the go as well! Added bonus – these pouches are so cute! You can also buy extra pouch toppers. The pouch toppers are absolutely genius because they are compatible with most other store-bought pouches and are SO much easier for a baby to suck on and they are soft on their mouth. Before I discovered these pouches I used to put her smoothie in a sippy cup it would end up spilling all over the place!

I’m also happy to say that these pouches are BPA and phthalate free, dishwasher safe and freezer safe. This is not a sponsored post, I just really love these pouches!!
